😀 - 1st time visit here, very impressed, very comfortable bedding, cooked breakfast was great very tasty, no limit as to how late you can return after evening out. Great host that run Hudsons, will definitely return and recommend.

Very pleasant and we would stay here again. 😀 - Very friendly host, breakfast was very good, with good choices. Parking on site, good wifi, not far from Weymouth promenade, easy to find. 😞 - The shower was small for me, but I am a big lad.

Excellent will be back again to see family and friends 😀 - I like the location, easy to get anywhere in Dorset to it’s road links.

Fantastic Value 😀 - It was exceptional in that price range. Fantastic value. Good size single room with a desk, two chairs, mini fridge ... everything works fine. It is clean, comfy bed ... I had no complains what so ever. The shared bathroom is well maintained, modern and clean. 😞 - Nothing. Just note the check in times.

A lovely clean room with excellent features. 😀 - The hosts did everything they could to make us feel comfortable. The room was clean and cozy. The smart tv and free wi-fi was perfect for us. Towel changes, hair dryer, fan, extra pillows and blankets - perfect. Breakfast was lovely, plenty of toast and juice. Cooked breakfast was great. The hosts were very understanding about changes of check in time. They were knowledgable about the local area and gave some fantastic suggestions. The hosts were attentive. Having an adult only experience was a nice change of pace. It was calm and peaceful. 😞 - There was a building site right next to the room. Obviously the hosts have no control over this. It wasn't a problem over the weekend because no building work was going on. On Monday however it caused issues with parking and there was a fair bit of noise. A warning to rooms to the right side of the property would be fair. Also, admit the property is opposite a supermarket and a busy main road.

Erg gastvrij, goed ingericht, schoon, en welkom 😀 - Ondanks dat het een gedeelde badkamer was was die keurig schoon en voelde het alsof het onze eigen badkamer was 😞 - Lag iets buiten het centrum van Weymouth. Wij waren met de fiets en het centrum was met de bus zeer goed bereikbaar

Loved it 😀 - The room was clean and spacious with lots of amenities. The shared toilets were spotless. The owner was friendly and helpful. The location is convenient - though not in the town centre there are buses and food and grocery options are within walking distance. 😞 - There is no air conditioning, but it wasn't an issue for me.

very welcoming with lots of information available about what events are taking place in weymouth 😀 - The whole experience exceeded my expectations .there is a bus stop within one hundred yards of the gest house running in to town every 15 minutes . meaning I could leave my car in the private carpark 😞 - nothing

Loved the time I was there, great accommodation, and Weymouth was a clean, friendly place. 😀 - very spacious room, well equipped with fridge/kettle etc. Breakfast was whatever you wanted, nothing was too much trouble. Room was spotlessly clean and the whole atmosphere was very friendly. Car park at front of property and Lidl directly opposite for bits and pieces. Plenty of other shops/petrol stations locally and a straight walk down to the beach about 10 minutes away. 😞 - Couldn't find anything to complain about. The whole trip was very enjoyable. The only problem I had was sticking shower control which was sorted immediately by my Host, who made my visit a very pleasurable experience.

Exceptional services and facilities, amazing for solo or couple travelers 😀 - Amazing property, Michael was exceptionally helpful and was able to keep my bags safe after checkout which allowed me to venture out for the day. The room has everything you need and the facilities are immaculately cleaned and maintained. Breakfast is available between 8 & 9:30am, there are supermarkets super close by and bus stops a stones throw away. A fan was provided which was a lifesaver in the summer heat. 😞 - Nothing it was perfect
