How far is Hudsons Guest House from Weymouth's town centre?
Hudsons Guest House is just 1.1miles from Weymouths town centre. There is a bus stop close by which is an approximate 5-10 min ride to the town centre. You can plan your bus route using the First Bus Journey Planner
House Rules / Terms & Conditions
We are an adults-only guest house, we do not accept guests under 18.
Booking:
A non-refundable deposit, equal to one night’s accommodation for each room on your booking is required to secure the booking. Payment can be made by card over the phone or by using the online booking engine. Please ensure your card is valid until after your scheduled departure.
All balances must be paid 7 days prior to your arrival. If the payment does not go through for whatever reason then we will contact you giving you 12 hours’ notice to update your card, if this is not done then your booking will be cancelled and no deposits returned. All major cards are accepted for amounts over £15.00. We do not accept cheques.
Our rooms
Hen and Stag parties or similar are NOT accepted. We do not take any guests under the age of 18. If you arrive with children you will be turned away and no monies refunded.
Hot food is not allowed in our rooms. If a guest wants a takeaway then we will accommodate you in the breakfast room and supply you with plates, knives and forks. Any guest found to have consumed hot food in their rooms could face an extra charge of £30.00
Guests who cause nuisance, damage to property or disruption to others may be asked to leave immediately and any monies paid will not be returned.
Any damages will be charged for. A minimum charge of £30.00 charges will be taken from the card used for booking.
Only registered guests may stay. Any unauthorised persons, in any guest room, will be asked to leave along with the registered guest regardless of the time.
Smoking
For the comfort of other guests and by law, Hudsons is non-smoking. This includes vapers and E-cigarettes. Guests who smoke in their room may be asked to leave, without a refund, and there will be an extra charge of up to £200 for the extra cleaning required.
Checking In
Check-in is between 4 pm and 8:30 pm. Arrivals outside of this time, are by arrangement only. We ask for an estimated arrival time to ensure we are here to meet you. Please keep us informed if your arrival could be delayed. Check-out is by 10.30 am on the day of departure.
Breakfast
All rooms are booked at room rate only, however, breakfast can be ordered on arrival and is served between 8 am and 9 am.
Please be considerate to other guests by not using mobile phones during breakfast.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be notified by e-mail or telephone. 01305 782362 (Please do not leave a message on voicemail). If you have used a booking engine you MUST contact them with your cancellation.
The total balance of your booking will be charged after midnight 5 days prior to arrival. If a cancellation is received after this date there are no refunds.
Any charges will be taken from the card details given at the time of booking.
